Travel Insurance

We strongly suggest that you check with your insurance provider if you are not covered for  a comprehensive insurance policy before making you travel. Please make sure that your insurance company covers all medical, personal accident, emergency evacuation, helicopter rescue, mountaineering hazards, loss or theft of valuables.

If in the opinion of our group leader, any traveler is unable to complete the itinerary without undue risk to themselves and/or the rest of the group, we reserve the right to exclude them from all or part of a trip without refund. Visa Information

General Visa Information
All foreign nationals (except Indian nationals) require a visa to enter Nepal. Visas are obtainable from embassies abroad or on arrival at Kathmandu’s Tribhuvan International Airport. There have been instances when passengers were asked to show return flight tickets. You will also need to provide two passport size photos and the following fees in US dollars acceptable in cash.

- Multi entry visa valid for 15 days – $25 USD
- Multi entry visa valid for 30 days – $40 USD
- Multi entry visa valid for 90 days – $100 USD
