Step 2: Get a Quote
Once your inquiry is answered by our travel consular and tentative travel itinerary is fixed, then we will prepare a tour program with viable alternative programs and quote our best price to meet your interest and requirements. You will receive our reply and the quote within 24 hours.

Step 3: Free Change as per your Requests
Upon your receipt of our quote, please carefully study the tour program with the itinerary and the quotation prepared for you. Also, please ensure that you read our Terms & Conditions before you accept the tour program. Step 4: Booking & Payment
When our proposal is in accordance with your plans, please confirm your acceptance of our offer and indicate your preferred method of payment and the currency you would like to pay with. You can make the payment via bank transfer, credit card, western union, online payment via Paypal or Google checkout.

We offer discounts upon advance full payment of your travel itinerary. However, we can also accept your payments upon your arrival at the pickup, but no discounts will be entertained on such payments. The relevant payments for hotel and domestic flights are to be made at the time of confirmation.

Step 5: Confirmation
Your booking is officially confirmed at the moment that we receive 30% of your total payment. Upon receipt of your payment or formal agreement to pay upon arrival in Nepal, we will provide you with the detail itinerary invoice.

About one week prior to your tour starting date, we will send you all necessary contact details for all activities of your tour program and also provide you about the city, climate information and some further travel advice to help you with your packing before you travel. 1. In order to confirm your bookings, we require a 20% deposit of total invoice amount.

2. Payment modes that we accept: Paypal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer (swift transfer) or Google Checkout.

3. Payments for hotel and domestic flights are to be made at the time of confirmation (before arrival).

4. Any amount charged for transferring payments through bank or credit card or paypal (3%) is the subject of customer’s responsibility.

5. The cancellation charges for tours not including flights and hotels are subject to be charged on time basis. We provide full refund on three weeks’ notice.

6. The cancellation charges for flights and hotel bookings will be as per the policies of the hotels and airlines respectively. This will be informed at the time of your confirmation.

7. If the trip is canceled because of unforeseen circumstances like snow storms, or landslides, we will provide refund on such occasions.

8. Any costs incurred due to flight delays will be as per the domestic airlines policies.

9. If anybody is found committing any unlawful acts during the trip, we reserve the right to remove such person(s) from the group. No refund will be provided.

10. On any account, we’re not responsible for any loss or damage of your luggage or property belongings during your travel.

11. The prices of trips are based on airfares, exchange rates of present time. We reserve the right to change our prices in the case of significant changes in airfare, government regulations and tax.
